Technical Whitepaper — English

Official technical specification of the Cincoin protocol and the Cinplace ecosystem.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION AND UTILITY PROTOCOL

CINCOIN (CIN) • LAYER 1 PROTOCOL

Proprietary Blockchain Infrastructure (Zero Gas Fee) and Commercial Circulation Architecture • Cincoin Foundation & Cinplace Ecosystem
MANDATORY NON-FINANCIAL NATURE AND REGULATORY EXEMPTION DISCLAIMER:
Cincoin (CIN) is strictly a cryptographic utility unit generated on a decentralized Layer 1 protocol (Layer 1 Zero Gas Fee), designed to serve as an instrument for access, loyalty and optional commercial discounts within the catalogue of the Cinplace commercial ecosystem and partner establishments. In strict alignment with applicable legislation (specifically Article 3, item III of Brazilian Law No. 14,478/2022 and international provisions on utility tokens), CIN does not qualify as a financial investment asset, does not require authorization from a banking monetary authority and does not constitute a security or collective investment contract. The platform and the technical foundation operate strictly under a self-custody model, without managing, holding or having custody of third-party funds, private keys or fiat funds. Obtaining coins during the community formation phase represents voluntary contributory support for development and the advance reservation of utility discount vouchers, with no promise of profitability, compulsory buyback, interest or guarantee of forced exchange liquidity.

1. Operational Thesis and Solution for Real-World Commerce

Contemporary commerce faces persistent structural friction: banking intermediaries that take substantial portions of margins (fees of 2% to 5% at POS terminals), delayed financial settlements and inefficient, inflationary traditional points systems. The Cincoin protocol was designed to establish a sovereign, disintermediated peer-to-peer channel between suppliers of goods and end consumers.

By building the technology on its own Layer 1 network, the computational cost of transaction validation is eliminated for community users (Zero Gas Fee), allowing microtransactions and fractional commercial discounts to be settled within seconds via QR codes at physical or virtual checkouts.

2. Sovereign Layer 1 Network Architecture (Layer 1 Zero Gas Fee)

  • Complete Network Fee Exemption (Zero Gas Fee): The network's distributed consensus validates internal transfers between private wallets without requiring mining fees (*gas*), ensuring that 100% of the commercial discount granted by the merchant reaches the consumer in full.
  • Full Self-Custody: All coins issued or transferred are credited exclusively to users' own wallets. The technical infrastructure has no access to private keys, passwords or seed phrases (*seed phrases*).
  • Verifiability and Public Auditing: All blocks, issuances and utility transfers can be audited through the decentralized block explorer (*Block Explorer*), providing continuous transparency and mathematical immutability of balances.
  • Point-of-Sale Settlement Speed: Instant block confirmation optimized for retail checkouts. Direct integration between the customer's device and the accredited merchant's payment terminal without operational friction.

3. Parameterized Tokenomics and Structured Distribution Matrix

The global supply for the deployment phase has been rigorously parameterized to ensure decentralization, ongoing technical sustainability and the prevention of monopolies:

Allocation Percentage Amount (CIN) Operational and Technical Purpose
Community Activation Fund 20% 4,000,000,000 CIN A strictly capped, closed allocation intended for temporary formation bonuses for individuals and legal entities.
Subsidized Community Support 55% 11,000,000,000 CIN Voluntary, contributory acquisition of advance vouchers for network expansion.
Merchant Incentives & Cinplace Liquidity 15% 3,000,000,000 CIN Integration subsidies, commercial acceptance incentives and a circulation reserve.
Protocol Engineering & Deployment Teams 5% 1,000,000,000 CIN Software development team, software architecture and operational deployment (with lock-up and phased release / vesting).
Network Security & Validator Nodes 5% 1,000,000,000 CIN Ongoing infrastructure maintenance, code audits and node stability.

4. Community Formation Program (Temporary Incentives)

To enable the creation of a critical mass projected to reach up to 20 million users and 500,000 businesses, a temporary technology incentive program operates under a win-win model:

  • Individuals: An activation bonus of 100 CIN upon opening a validated account; a bonus of 10 CIN per active referral (the invitee also receives their 100 CIN).
  • Legal Entities: A commercial accreditation bonus of 500 CIN; a bonus of 50 CIN for each new business or partner integrated (both parties receive bonuses).
  • Definitive Termination Clause: All incentives and bonuses are tied to the closed allocation of 4 billion CIN. Once the balance of this community fund is exhausted, the program terminates automatically, with no additional issuance for this purpose.

5. Cinplace Marketplace Dynamics & Margin Autonomy

The Cinplace ecosystem acts as a catalyst for circular commerce. Each accredited establishment freely determines the portion of the payment for its goods or services that may be discounted (operating within an acceptance range starting at a minimum of 5% up to 50%, or higher levels at its discretion).

Pricing arises exclusively from each merchant's commercial assessment and profit margin. The platform does not intervene in retail price formation or impose monetary price controls, ensuring technological neutrality toward market forces.
